I needed a lot of items - large and small and mostly heavy - cleared away from my property. Michael wasn’t available immediately, but came out before regular hours to take a look at what was needed. He was prompt, never in a hurry to just give a quote, and even helped move a few things out of the house to a staging area for when he returned. He came two days later (still short notice) and hauled everything away. It took more capacity and time than first estimated, and he still kept to the original estimate, which was much appreciated.
